It might not be the hoverboard Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly cruised around on in Back to the Future II nor will it levitate in mid-air but the new Storm eSkateboard is trying to quickly get off the ground.
The Storm Electric Skateboard is like a regular skateboard, plus an on-board motor and simple Bluetooth LE, which allows riders to control the direction and pace of the board.
“It’s a board that allows riders an incredible amount of freedom without compromising the ability to ride in the traditional way,” said Storm founder and CEO John Madden. “It’s stylish, functional and lightweight.
