speidel_apple_brushed_01

It’s hard not to remember your Father or Grandfather’s wristwatch with that funky Speidel Twist-O-Flex expansion band. Well, this almost 60 year-old technology has been reimagined with a classic twist as an expansion watchband for the modern Apple Watch.

What’s always been great about the Twist-o-Flex band is its ability to stretch and quickly snap back into place, making it so easy to put it on and take it off of your wrist. There’s no need to muss or fuss with buckles and straps and less worry your watch will fall off and get lost. Read more…at Canoe Tech Blog.

Silicone_Ring_Fishing_Active_Ring_600x

If you’re a huge sports enthusiast particularly those that involve water like boating, fishing or swimming, but often worry about losing or damaging your rings or wedding bands and can’t leave home without one on your finger, then the Groove Life Groove Ring might give you and your significant other one less thing to worry about.

It’s not high-tech in the sense that it’s electronic or Wi-Fi enabled but it is made of high quality low-profile medical grade flexible silicon. And their designers seem to have really thought this one though. It features recessed grooves, which allows for proper airflow between your fingers while keeping the water out but still hugging nicely to your finger without stopping your blood’s circulation. Read more…at Canoe Tech Blog.

Starting off with saying. “It was 20 years ago today,” immediately conjures up an image in one’s mind of The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. But this time, “Image” is the operative word, as exactly two decades ago today, the first camera-phone photo was taken and shared – a feat we certainly take for granted today. Read more…at Canoe Tech Blog.

It’s not uncommon to get comments and e-mails offering thanks for suggestions in finding the right gift for their loved one for the right occasion. And we thank you, our readers, for those times. 1AquaBottle
