Canada is one step closer to having yet another official Telecom carrier after the CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) gave its go ahead to the newest entrant – Mobilicity, formerly known as Data & Audio Visual Enterprises Wireless Inc. (DAVE Wireless).
