Lepro TB1 Smart Table Lamp- Where Tech Meets Décor

Lepro Smart Table Lamp – TB1

Unless you are a student of interior home and office design, I, for one, do not typically get too excited about a lamp. For me, they are functional or, at most, stylish. You turn it on, turn it off, and think, “Oh, it looks nice.” But you would never say the lamp is an experience. That was until I stumbled across the Lepro TB1 Smart Table Lamp—an AI-enabled art-meets-tech ambience creator.

It ships almost flat, reminiscent of a stove burner element, but when assembled, it looks like a prop from StargateSliders, or Interstellar, and would look right at home on the desk of Star Trek’s Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

Inner Rings Rotate up to 300°

Design and Build

Made from high-grade aluminum alloy, it consists of a triple-ring design: a fixed 12-inch outer ring along with middle and inner rings that can rotate forward and backward independently, up to a maximum of 300 degrees. The rings rest on a 4.3-inch polycarbonate base that houses a single button, which doubles as power on/off and reset/pairing.

It boasts almost 200 LEDs, with each ring having 88, 62, and 46 LEDs respectively. These are grouped in threes and can display a spectrum of 16 million colours, offering seamless fades paired with bold, true-to-life tones. Brightness can be adjusted from 1%–100% to match any space, activity, or mood.

And the colours are spectacular.

Despite its striking look, the TB1 weighs only 830 grams and has a very small footprint when fully assembled.

Lighting Control – 3 Ways

What really makes this Smart Table Lamp shine is the myriad of ways you can not only get unlimited colours, but also customize your lighting experience in ways you might never have imagined.

It’s easy to use and can be controlled via voice with Alexa or Google Assistant, and also through the Lepro App—where it really shines. You can even talk to the app (or type, if you wish), describing what kind of lighting you want.

There are three main ways to create effects: DIY, Music Sync, and AI.

If you prefer a hands-on approach, you can use DIY mode. Customize colours, brightness, sequences, and animations to match any vibe. The app works almost like a paint program, allowing you to draw, fill, or erase using your fingers and sliding controls. You can adjust brightness and even the speed of transitions. Try moving your finger around the ring palette at random and watch your imagination come to life.

For music lovers, LightBeats Music Sync lets lighting patterns be triggered by the beat of the music. When the app is running, the lamp can “listen” to songs playing from your phone’s playlist, or react in real time to sounds in the room thanks to the built-in mic in the lamp’s base. Within the app, you can choose from nine different flash, wave, and laser modes, then fine-tune them by adjusting brightness and speed. So, whether you’re in party mode or winding down for the evening, the possibilities are endless.

And then there’s AI.

AI-Powered Effects

For the geeks in the room, Lepro has its own LightGPM 2.0—a large language model trained on colour psychology and lighting design knowledge. It makes you an instant lighting expert without the need for technical know-how or a steep learning curve.

Instead of just saying, “Turn on Table Lamp,” you can describe a mood or activity: “I am playing a really cool action game,” or “I feel a little tired.” Even better, you can trigger effects using your keyboard, voice prompts, or even upload a photo and let the AI use facial expression recognition to suggest a lighting configuration.

Each of these three modes can be accessed from the bottom menu of the app, and you can save configurations as favourites for easy access later. You can also create rules for shortcuts, set schedules to automate your lighting, or trigger actions when something else happens—for example, have the lamp turn off automatically when music stops.

It’s mind-boggling.

Beyond the Basics

The TB1 doesn’t stop at colour play. You can set schedules, automate it to react to other devices, or use Alexa and Google Assistant for simple voice commands. It remembers your last setting so you don’t have to start fresh each time.

In Lepro’s community forum, there’s even a “Show and Share” section where you can post your own lighting creations and explore what others have designed, from festive holiday displays to galaxy-inspired themes.

Connectivity and Features

The lamp connects via Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) or Bluetooth. You don’t get full features with Bluetooth alone, and you can’t control it outside the Bluetooth area, but it’s handy as a backup connection.

Room for Improvement

As impressive as it is, the TB1 isn’t perfect. The onboard button offers only basic power and reset/pairing functions. A physical remote would be nice, or at least a few more controls on the lamp itself, like a dimmer or a programmable favourites button. A USB charging port would also be a welcome addition.

With so many options, it took a little time to figure some of them out. In fact, there are so many, I doubt I could ever experience them all.

Final Thoughts

The Lepro Smart Table Lamp is cool because it blends creative design, intelligent customization, and immersive lighting in one compact package.

This isn’t just another light. The TB1 can offer endless entertainment—it’s a clever little gadget that is part décor, part tech, and part mood-setter, bringing together smart controls and lighting that really pulls you in. Whether you want to boost your mood, create a party vibe, or simply add some flair to your workspace, this lamp delivers. Its stable, small base makes it ideal for tabletops, nightstands, home offices, or rec rooms. It creates a three-dimensional, eye-catching experience without being complicated, giving you that perfect mix of “wow” factor and everyday practicality.

It’s also a great option for dorms, back-to-school setups, or as a unique gift.

Manually customized, automated, or AI-generated—the choice is yours.

On the wellness side, the lamp adapts automatically to reading, relaxing, or winding down, without you having to fiddle with settings. Its soft, eye-friendly lighting helps reduce strain when working or reading in the evening.

In Case You Need Suggestions

Lepro also provides a community forum for guidance and inspiration. A list of popular AI commands helps you make the most of your lamp, with examples like “Set Christmas lights,” “Create Halloween lights,” or “I feel relaxed, create calm lighting.” For a cosmic twist, you can even ask it to “Show me Mars lighting” or “Show me the Milky Way lights.”

Also within the app, there’s even a “Show and Share” section where you can post your own lighting creations and explore what others have designed, from festive holiday displays to galaxy-inspired themes.

If you’re interested in a different style, Lepro also offers the TB2, a Treble Clef–shaped (non-rotating) model with 152 LEDs.
