While the 4th Thursday in the US is Thanksgiving Day, the 4th Friday, is called Black Friday and signifies the official start of the holiday shopping season. In fact, it’s one of the biggest shopping days of the year and it means sales, sales and more sales and often with substantial savings. But this year, Black Friday seems to be arriving early and ending even later than before.
