GadgetGreg on The Disposable Web

Technology has come a long way in the last decade or two but the changes are happening so rapidly that we’re challenged to keep up.

I recently had an opportunity to sit down and have a casual “Jam” Zoom chat with Robert Lavigne as a guest on his, “The Disposable Web” show.

We chatted for over an hour covering topics from gaming circa 1995 to Smart Routers like TP-Link’s Deco X20, where 5G is going and what its possibilities are. You’ll hear about punch cards, $7000 laser printers and floppy drives but also about passwords and the latest hack into CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) systems. We also talked about how things have changed but how many of us as humans have stayed the same and some of the things we need to know and be aware of and the importance of asking the right questions in the disposable tech society we now live in.

Have a listen and enjoy my conversation with Rob on his show. You can also find this video on YouTube along with the rest of his Poptics.TV Interview Series.
