In fact, there are a growing number of iPhones on offer on the resale market. According to eBay Canada there was a significant jump in the number of listings offering the iPhone 5 leading up to last year’s announcement of the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S models, compared to the same period a month prior. eBay to auction pristine 1938 #1 Superman comic

If you’re a comic junkie with very deep pockets, you might want to get ready to bid on this ultimate find – Action Comics #1, from June 1938 and the first time Superman is featured in a comic book. The item goes up for auction exclusively on eBay starting August 14th for 10 days.

It’s estimated there only 50-100 (fewer according to some) unrestored copies of this issue still in existence and this one is being touted as being the finest known copy available.

According to a recent announcement, the comic received a rating of 9.0, the highest ever received, from the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), a leading 3rd party grading service.

Gold iPhone 5S fetches over $10,000 on eBay (or maybe not)

Even if someone spent two days standing in line waiting to get his or her hands on a gold iPhone 5S, it might have been time well spent as one sold today on eBay for $10,100 US. Now I know that the gold version of Apple’s latest high-end iPhone model is somewhat on the scarce side but paying what amounts to over 15 times its retail price seems a little bit ridiculous, there’s no actual gold in it!
