Samsung Galaxy Note 7 coming back to life but not in Canada

It seems so long ago that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was no more after being banned from all commercial flights and eventually recalled by the company due to possible exploding batteries. But in a statement released today, it appears that it’s resurfacing in either a salvaged, refurbished or rental form, but the latter two will not happen in Canada.

LG V20, world’s first Quad DAC smartphone coming in September?

They’ve announced their upcoming flagship smartphone, the LG V20 will feature a built-in 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (digital to analog converter) — a smartphone industry first.

Inclusion of a high-quality DAC is not new to LG. The V20′s predecessor, the LG V10 already includes 32-bit Hi-Fi DAC by ESS Technology, but the new DAC, will feature four channels. The company claims the new addition will allow the new phone to deliver ultra-crisp and clear sound that comes close to replicating a live performance.
